Tutorial To Perfome Clean Installation Of Windows 7(Step-By-Step Guide)

Hello Everyone! I'm Yogesh Dhakal and today in my very first tutorial i'm going to teach you to perform clean installation of Windows 7 or formatting you pc/laptop to install Windows 7.

Before installing Windows 7 you should know what is Windows 7?
Windows 7 is an operating system designed for personal computer invented by Microsoft.Windows 7 is updated version of windows 7.Windows 7 became worldwide users choice due to it's best performance,graphics, simple and user friendly interface.
This tutorial  will help you to perform a custom installation or clean installation, which means installing a new Windows 7 operating system on a computer.

System Requirements:
    1 gigahertz (GHz) or faster 32-bit (x86) or 64-bit (x64) processor
    1 gigabyte (GB) RAM (32-bit) or 2 GB RAM (64-bit)
    16 GB available hard disk space (32-bit) or 20 GB (64-bit)
    DirectX 9 graphics device with WDDM 1.0 or higher driver

Installation Instructions:

*Insert the Windows 7 setup DVD into the disk drive. The Windows setup will automatically start the installation. If your computer does not start with the Windows 7 Setup DVD, then make the required changes in your BIOS and make your CD/DVD drive the primary boot device.(For making cd/dvd drive as primary boot press F2 or F12 as your somputer supports)

*Select the language that you want to use during the installation process.

*Next, click the Install Now button to start the installation. The Setup transfers some temporary files from the DVD to your computer. The license terms page appears. Select the I accept the license terms check box to move forward in installation.

*Select the Custom (advanced) install option.

*Format your hard disk if you want to do a clean installation.You can save your data by just selecting the hard disk drive or partition on which you want to install Windows 7
Setup copies the program files to your system.

*Toward the end of the installation process, your system restarts several times, and then Setup updates the registry settings. Next, Windows prompts you to perform some post-installation tasks, like selecting the user name and the computer name.

*Set the system password for your user account and enter a hint for the password otherwise leave it blank.

*Type the activation key.You can select to activate later.
*Set the date and time.
*Your Windows 7 installation is ready for use.
